What to expect from training……
Juniors
The training of juniors is to make learning the basics of Karate enjoyable as well as keeping their attention during the training class. This is done with the use of games and exercises designed to assist in the co-ordination of their Karate basics and the learning of basic self defence.
How is the junior’s progress measured?
For the 5 – 12 years of age group a merit system is used in combination with a Mon Kyu (half rank) grading system. This system is explained in full within the Syllabus.
